This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed through Echoes of Eden (“we,” “us,” “our”). By placing an order, you agree to the terms below.
ORDER PRODUCTION & PROCESSING
Core Series (Core Echoes Hoodies, Tees, Beanies, Zip-Ups, etc.)
Core Series items follow a continuous production schedule.
• Production Time: Typically 4–6 business days
• Total Delivery Time (Production + Shipping): 8–12 days on average
Processing and shipping timelines may vary depending on order volume, supply availability, courier delays, or other external factors.
Exclusive Drops / Limited Releases
Exclusive or limited-edition products require extended production times.
• Production Time: Typically 2–3 weeks
• Total Delivery Time (Production + Shipping): 3–4 weeks on average
These timelines are estimates and may vary during high-volume periods or due to manufacturer delays.
General Processing Time
• Domestic processing: 2–3 weeks (non–Core Series items)
• International processing: 2–4 weeks
Orders placed after Sunday will begin processing in the following weekly cycle.
Processing timelines are estimates and may be extended during holidays, peak seasons, or unforeseen circumstances.
SHIPPING METHODS & COSTS
• Domestic Standard Shipping: Flat rate $6.99
• International Shipping: Flat rate $25.99
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless required by law.
All orders ship from our U.S. fulfillment partners after production is complete.
ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMEFRAMES
Delivery time begins after production and processing.
Domestic (U.S.)
• Core Series: 8–12 days total
• Exclusive Drops: 3–4 weeks total
• Non-Core Items: 7–14 business days after processing
International
• Core Series: 14–30 business days
• Exclusive Drops: 3–6 weeks total
Delivery may vary due to customs inspection, regional postal services, or carrier delays outside our control.
All delivery windows are estimates and are not guaranteed.
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, carriers, weather, supplier delays, incorrect addresses, or any circumstances outside our direct control.
TRACKING INFORMATION
A tracking number will be emailed once your order ships.
Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Some carriers may show limited tracking during transfer periods.
CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES (INTERNATIONAL ORDERS)
Customers are responsible for all import duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their country.
These charges are not included in product or shipping prices.
We cannot control or predict these costs. Please contact your local customs office for more information.
LOST, DAMAGED, OR MISSING ITEMS
For any issue with your order, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number, photos of the item and packaging, and a description of the issue.
We will work with the carrier to investigate. Resolutions (replacement or refund) are provided at our discretion and only when supported by carrier confirmation.
We are not responsible for:
• Packages shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer
• Packages marked as “delivered” by the carrier
• Delays caused by carriers or manufacturers
• Theft after delivery
ORDER CANCELLATIONS, CHANGES & RETURNS
All sales are final.
We do not accept cancellations, returns, or changes once an order has been placed.
Please review all details carefully before completing your purchase.

We ask customers to contact us before filing a chargeback, as most shipping issues can be resolved directly.
FRAUD PREVENTION & CHARGEBACK POLICY
We reserve the right to verify any order for fraud prevention.
Chargebacks filed without prior contact or without valid evidence will be contested using all applicable records, including tracking information, delivery confirmation, order logs, and communication history.
Submitting false claims or intentional chargebacks may result in account restrictions or legal action to recover losses.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Echoes of Eden is not liable for delays in transit, customs holds, manufacturer delays, courier errors, weather events, or any issues resulting from inaccurate or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.
All delivery windows are estimates and do not constitute guaranteed delivery dates.
