1. No Returns and No Refunds

All sales made through Echoes of Eden are final. We do not accept returns, and we do not offer refunds for any products purchased through our store, whether online or in person, unless otherwise required by law.

Once an order is placed and payment is processed, it cannot be modified, canceled, refunded, or returned.


2. Exchanges and Replacements

We do not offer exchanges at this time.

If your item arrives defective or damaged, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery at echoesofedenclothing@gmail.com and include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Photo(s) clearly showing the defect or damage

We will review claims on a case-by-case basis. If approved, a replacement may be issued at our sole discretion. This does not constitute a return or refund.


3. Exceptions Under Applicable Law

This policy does not override any consumer rights you may have under local, state, national, or international laws.

Examples include (but are not limited to):

  • California (USA): Certain refund or credit rights may apply.

  • EU/UK Customers: You may have a 14-day cooling-off period for online purchases unless the product is exempt (e.g., made-to-order or customized items).

If any part of this policy is deemed unenforceable under applicable law, the remainder will still apply.


4. Digital Products and Custom Orders

Due to the nature of custom-made, digital, or made-to-order products, these items are not eligible for refunds or exchanges under any circumstance unless they arrive defective.


5. Shipping and Delivery Issues

Echoes of Eden is not responsible for:

  • Lost packages

  • Delays caused by the shipping carrier

  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer

Once your order has been shipped, responsibility is transferred to the courier. We will assist with tracking or filing claims when possible.
