How long does shipping take?
All pieces are made-to-order. Once your order is placed, production begins the following Sunday. Please allow 2–4 weeks for production and shipping. You’ll receive tracking information via email as soon as your order ships.
Where do orders ship from?
All orders are produced and shipped directly from our U.S. studio. We ship both domestically and internationally.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Because every item is made-to-order, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Please review all product details, size guides, and imagery carefully before purchasing. If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, DM us on Instagram @echoesxeden within 3 days of delivery, and we’ll make it right.
