Purchase Options & Cancellation Policy – Echoes of Eden

All Sales Are Final

All purchases made through Echoes of Eden are final.
Because our products are made-to-order, limited, and/or produced through scheduled manufacturing cycles, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds under any circumstances, except where required by applicable law.

By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.

Order Changes or Cancellations

To maintain production accuracy and prevent fraudulent or unauthorized order changes:

Customers may request a cancellation or modification within 24 hours of placing an order.
Requests must be submitted via email to:

After the 24-hour window:

Your order automatically enters processing and cannot be changed, canceled, refunded, or modified.
This applies even if production has not physically started, as preparation and allocation begin immediately.

Echoes of Eden reserves the right to approve or deny cancellation requests at its sole discretion if sufficient information is not provided or if the request violates policy.

Shipping Address Issues

Customers are responsible for ensuring all shipping information is correct at checkout.

If you notice an address error, you must contact us immediately.
Address change requests are not guaranteed and depend on whether the order has already entered production or shipped.

Echoes of Eden is not responsible for:

Orders shipped to incorrect addresses entered by the customer
Lost packages caused by incorrect or incomplete address details
Delays resulting from attempted rerouting or carrier limitations

No refunds or replacements will be issued for address-related delivery failures.

Chargebacks & Disputes

We take chargebacks and payment disputes very seriously.

Before opening a chargeback or dispute, customers are required to contact us directly at:

By purchasing from Echoes of Eden, you agree to the following:

You will allow us reasonable time to assist with any order concerns.
Filing a chargeback without contacting us first may result in submission of all order documentation—including timestamps, IP logs, shipping proof, and communication records—to the payment processor for investigation.
Fraudulent or unwarranted chargebacks may result in:
- Permanent account/order bans
- Reporting to the payment processor
- Possible collection activity

Echoes of Eden reserves the right to contest any chargeback with full evidence.

Processing & Production Disclaimer

Because all items are made-to-order or produced in scheduled cycles:

Production and delivery timelines are estimates and may vary.
Delays due to manufacturers, carriers, customs, or high-volume seasons do not qualify for refunds or cancellations.

Echoes of Eden is not liable for delays outside our control.

Communication Disclaimer

Response times are not guaranteed.
Missed, filtered, or unseen messages do not constitute negligence.
Lack of reply is not grounds for refund, dispute, or claim.

Pre-Order Terms & Agreement

Thank you for shopping with Echoes of Eden. Some items are offered as pre-order only, meaning they are made-to-order and will ship once production is complete. By placing a pre-order, you agree to the following terms:

Preorders must be completed within this period to secure your item.

2. Pricing & Payment

Full payment is required at checkout.
Prices are listed in USD and include applicable taxes.
Discounts or promo codes may be offered on pre-order items at the brand’s discretion.

3. Production & Shipping Timeline

Preorder items are made-to-order. Production and shipping times will vary depending on the collection.
Estimated timelines will be provided before or at the time of preorder.
Customers will receive a tracking number once items are shipped.

4. Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase unless otherwise specified.
After this period, cancellations are not accepted due to production commitments.

5. Returns & Exchanges

Preorder items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable unless defective or damaged upon arrival.
Please review sizing guides and product details carefully before ordering.

6. Shipping Responsibilities

Shipping times are estimated; delays may occur due to production, shipping carriers, or customs.
Customers are responsible for customs, duties, or import taxes when ordering internationally.

7. Changes & Updates

Echoes of Eden reserves the right to update preorder details, including estimated shipping dates, product details, or pricing.
Customers will be notified of any significant changes via email or social media.
