All Sales Are Final
All purchases made through Echoes of Eden are final.
Because our products are made-to-order, limited, and/or produced through scheduled manufacturing cycles, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds under any circumstances, except where required by applicable law.
By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
Order Changes or Cancellations
To maintain production accuracy and prevent fraudulent or unauthorized order changes:

Customers may request a cancellation or modification within 24 hours of placing an order.

After the 24-hour window:

Your order automatically enters processing and cannot be changed, canceled, refunded, or modified.

This applies even if production has not physically started, as preparation and allocation begin immediately.
Echoes of Eden reserves the right to approve or deny cancellation requests at its sole discretion if sufficient information is not provided or if the request violates policy.
Shipping Address Issues
Customers are responsible for ensuring all shipping information is correct at checkout.

If you notice an address error, you must contact us immediately.

Address change requests are not guaranteed and depend on whether the order has already entered production or shipped.
Echoes of Eden is not responsible for:

Orders shipped to incorrect addresses entered by the customer

Lost packages caused by incorrect or incomplete address details

Delays resulting from attempted rerouting or carrier limitations
No refunds or replacements will be issued for address-related delivery failures.
Chargebacks & Disputes
