Welcome to Echoes of Eden LLC (“Echoes of Eden”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). Echoes of Eden is powered by Shopify, which enables us to operate and provide the Services to you.

By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you may not use or access the Services.

By using the Services, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence and that you have given permission for any of your minor dependents to use the Services on devices you own or manage.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when accessing or creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.

SECTION 5 — SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and not guaranteed.

Once an order is handed to the carrier, title and risk of loss transfer to you.
We are not responsible for:
• Carrier delays
• Customs delays
• Lost or stolen packages
• Events outside our control

SECTION 9 — RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY

Our store is hosted by Shopify. While Shopify provides the platform, all sales are made directly between you and Echoes of Eden LLC.

You acknowledge that Shopify is not responsible for any purchase-related issues, including injuries, damages, product defects, or losses arising from your transactions.

SECTION 10 — PRIVACY POLICY

All personal information is processed according to our Privacy Policy and Shopify’s Privacy Policy.

Information may be transferred internationally in order to provide the Services.

SECTION 11 — FEEDBACK

By submitting feedback, reviews, ideas, or suggestions (“Feedback”), you grant us a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, modify, publish, and distribute the Feedback for any purpose.

You represent that your Feedback:

We reserve the right to correct such errors and update or cancel orders at any time.

These Terms, along with our Privacy Policy and posted policies, constitute the entire agreement between you and Echoes of Eden LLC.

SECTION 20 — ASSIGNMENT

You may not assign your rights or obligations under these Terms without our written consent. We may assign our rights at any time.

SECTION 21 — GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York. All disputes must be resolved exclusively in New York County, NY courts.

We may update these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
